Duties:
Develop a channel strategy with clear KPI
•Plan and secure timely execution of activation plans with clients.
•Manage directly the top Key accounts
•Leading the KA team to execute properly the plans and achieve targets.
•Direct cover of specific channels of distribution like sub-distributors and wholesalers
•Achieve yearly channel sales budget
•Lead on coordination meeting with key customers to prepare calander of activation and trade marketing activation within the store providing monthly plan to AA management
•Assure that the stock available is enough to avoid out of stock situation by all costs
•Ensure that all invoices made correspond with current stock situation
•Monitor brand expiry date to avoid right-off or destructed products
•Ensure successful launching of new products including SKU listing in all client systems
•Strong follow up with the KEY ACCOUNTS team for optimization of resources ensuring positive outcome
•Define and implement Key Account Planning for top 20 VIP customers
•Follow up on all customer accounts payable to Angoalissar against payment terms agreed
•Assess pricing, market potential and competitors performance
•Brief international Brand representative that are regularly visiting Angoalissar to understand their products sales performance and potential sales increase for the stipulated channels
