About Your Job:
The job holder will be responsible to plan, coordinate and direct execution of utility related issues with water and electricity authorities for QR Commercial and Residential properties. You will be accountable to vet and process utility consumption charges on a monthly basis with due diligence and assist with other administration duties and prepare reports. You will be required to conduct coordinate periodic inspection of electricity and water meters at facilities to ensure that they are functioning properly. You will require to liaise with water and electricity departments regarding any utility disruption and liaise with authorities to make arrangements. Liaise with other government departments / agencies for all Properties and Facilities related matters. You will be required to assist / answer any customer queries with regards to utility and maintain a database in any changes promptly and accurately. The role will require conducting site visits and checking reading of electricity / water consumption on staff check out from a facility. Process / vet monthly invoices pertaining to utility consumption for residential and commercial properties, and prepare monthly recharge statements for accounts payable and HR payroll.
About You:
You will need to hold a bachelor degree or equivalent, preferred in Commerce. We seek to hire a candidate with a 4-5 years' experience in similar role with a multinational organisation. You must have good IT with attention to details and have good communication and customer service skills.
