National Health Insurance Company
The National Health Insurance Company (NHIC) manages and operates Qatar's Social Health Insurance Scheme. The scheme will provide mandatory basic health insurance coverage for citizens, foreign residents and visitors in the country. The scheme represents an important pillar of Qatar's National Health Strategy ensuring affordable access to state-of-the-art healthcare for everyone in the country, driving transparency and quality improvement across the system and offering members free choice of providers. NHIC is looking for candidates with relevant expertise and experience to fill the following position.
Position : ICT Supplier Manager
Responsibilities:
§ Assist the IT Services and Operations Manager in the setup of TPA and other outsourced contract schedules on the ICT Services and Operations provided.
§ Build and maintain vendor/supplier relationships and manage procurement, in conjunction with the IT Services and Operations Manager.
§ Establish procurement processes that are aligned with the requirements of the NHIC Procurement Policy.
§ Plan and implement in-house procurement and supplier management capability.
§ Establish procurement policy monitoring oversight and governance process of all IT procurement and relationships / partnerships.
§ Reporting performance trends senior management.
§ Engagement with stakeholders on all levels to help resolve issues and provide information in a timely manner.
