- To provide specialist technical support to facilities within SIPD.
- Operational advice to live and scheduled actions to ensure a continued and accurate measurement to assets at all times.
- Clarify issues and advise on required SIPD and MOO specifications and standards.
- Logging of all field queries, issues and requests to ensure a traceable and documented course of actions.
- Up-date site Log Books with relevant data and ensure records are in-place for all Fiscal actions.
- Support site facilities on all metering issues
- Commissioning support and equipment handover actions
- Site attendance to rectify local issues with attending operators and maintenance teams to issue conclusion.
- Creation of punch lists for existing facilities to clarify actions required to return a metering point to service and there distribution via Depts.
- Undertake training as necessary.
- Liaise with SIPD metering departments to ensure all internal and MOO standards are considered within field operations.
- Undertake document revues to support assets and approvals within SIPD.
- Provide inputs into maintenance plans for operations to action.
- Consider HSE issues and report if necessary for site associated actions.
- Investigation of non functioning meters and stations and log status with metering dept, and site supervisors.
- Initiate and close issues preventing potential measurement issues.
- Site operation to successfully complete local metering tasks.
