Senior Manager – Credit Risk (Unit Head) Aug 13th 2013, 07:18 Job Summary: Provides senior and line Management advisory functions through proper assessment of credit risk of counter parties. Communicates with the concerned Banks' divisions in highlighting risk awareness. Responsibilities: a)Recommends appropriate strategies or actions for mitigating credit risks inherent in credit proposals. b)Recommends appropriate strategies or actions for mitigating risks as to ensure a sound risk asset structure for the Bank while complying with regulatory and legal requirements. c)Monitor collateral portfolio on a timely manner and recommending the proper action plan for the management. d)Monitor collateral portfolio on a timely manner and recommending the proper action plan for the management. e)Monitors compliance of credit proposals with the Bank's policies, procedures and limits, and ensures that exceptions are highlighted to Management. f)Ensures compliance with the Bank's and regulatory directives on Credit Risk Management and reporting processes. g)Performs other related duties as assigned and requested. h)Re-evaluates significant risk management policies and procedures and develops action plans to correct any weaknesses i)Performs other related duties as assigned and requested.
