Vice President – Civil - Arabian Bemco Contracting Co. Jun 1st 2013, 07:39 Responsibilities: • Responsible of all future business and strategic planning as well as focuses on improving current systems and work processes. • Responsible for managing the existing civil projects & evaluation of sub- contractors. • Full coordination with other departments such as Quality & safety for full compliance at site. Fully responsible for all civil construction works. • Developing project execution plans after thorough discussion with stakeholders, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached. • Overseeing end to end project management functions from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping, budgeting, resource & task scheduling and final execution of projects. • Key member of management team at Corporate Office for program implementation of company. • Holding P & L responsibility of Civil Projects.
