The Role:
The Applications Systems Officer will work as part of a project team and be responsible for supporting projects through the full project lifecycle, from startup, initial requirements capture and project planning to monitoring performance against plan and ultimately the project delivery. Specifically the Project Officer will:
* Conduct feasibility studies, collect business requirements and analyze business data.
* Monitor project work against the scope, schedule and deliverables, coordinate project meetings, produce regular project reports and maintain project documentation.
* Monitor compliance with appropriate standards and assist with the identification and management of risk, proposing corrective actions to counter deviations from project plans.
* Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures and quality control standards.
