This individual will be part of an integrated team performing CAD services. We are looking for candidates who have hands-on Revit MEP industry experience who can provide technical CAD and BIM production services using Revit MEP and Navisworks. The qualified candidate will be a team member who can function independently, collaborate on a team level, manage multiple assignments, and contribute to the growth of Rushing.
• (BIM) Building Information Modeling.
• Preparing HVAC Layouts Modeling and Family.
• Coordination with HVAC, Plumbing, Low Current, High Current as per Requirement of Building.
• Preparing Synthesis Drawings as per 3D Models.
• Preparing Clashing Reports by (Nviswork).
• Preparing Modeling Description Note.
• Incorporate all models of project through (Revit MEP)
to assist in clash detection and construction sequencing (Naviswork) during the project development phase. During the construction phase, the BIM model is used for on-field coordination and documentation changes. Coordinating with all related disciplines through Section Head. Attend the projects meetings and perform action on related agreed points. Review the drawings produced by other branches.Creation of Parametric Elements (Families), Using Filters for System Types,
Using work sets for Duct and Piping Systems in the BIM Process.
• Execution of Revit Models from the traditional 2D Drawings, on upcoming of Revit modeling in MEP 2012 helps to Extract Building system analysis, Floor Plans, Section Details, Cost Estimation, Scheduling, Site Coordination, Construction Modeling, and Design review.

After the Modeling process preparation of check list for submission of design model.
Run Interference check between Arc, STR, and MEP disciplines. Check for the Modeling
and Engineering clashes for design review using BIM tools Such as Navisworks
Check 2D Standards, Generate annotations, tags, symbols, text style, fonts, line weights, line types, colors, hatch styles, and title blocks on the Revit model.
Check certain parameters and families within the model for particular value ranges.
As HVAC Cad Designer, Have awareness of all Auto Cad commands, and working on IFC and Shop drawings and As Build drawings, Xref making plotting style with CTB, Ability to work under pressure and to meet the deadline in the shortest possible time.
