We are looking for experienced candidates to lead best practice across finance and IT functions. The Centre will open in 2013 and offer vacancies of all levels. The Role: The Command and Control Senior Manager's role is to ensure the streamlined management and operation of the Command and Control Center, including scheduling to meet staffing requirements for ticket and call volumes, scheduled tasks, checks and routine operational tasks.  The role will require partnering with peer management across the Technology, Security and Operations departments to ensure resolution of service issues and direct the evolution of processes and procedures related to the day-to-day Command and Control Center.
