Finishing Carpenter - Al Suwaiket Trading and contracting - eurovillage Jul 18th 2013, 06:28 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION Maintenance, repair and installation of all timber surfaces and structures in and around the Tower property. TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MEETS AND EXCEEDS CUSTOMER AND TEAM MEMBER EXPECTATIONS BY PROVIDING HIGHEST STANDARDS OF SERVICE AND TEAMWORK. • Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations. • Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and Supervisors. • Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed. • Attends work on time as scheduled. • Follows Tower standards regarding personal hygiene. • Minimizes dangers by following all safety rules and regulations. • Maintains a favorable reputation of the Dhahran Tower at all times. • Carries out Maintenance Repair Orders as assigned. • Assist in the control of major alterations and construction of Timber items. • Co-operates with his superiors in the study of modifications or additions to the existing structures. • Co-operates with the storekeeper in control and stock levels of Carpentry materials. • Builds and repairs various items of furniture. • Constructs various projects as requested from time to time.
