Our client is a European company who runs, together with a local partner, a new vocational school for Saudis in Muyahil (Abha).
Their goal: to favor saudization by preparing Saudi students in 4 different professions and by promoting amongst companies their integration in the labor market.
With 400 students in 2013-2014 and an estimatation of 1,500 in the next 3-4 years, it represents a challenging project.
We are looking fo an HR Director who can contribute to the project. He will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all procedures related to block visas, issuance of Iqamas, Iqama renewals & transfers, exit & re-entry visas...
- Follow up & Renewal of Company certificates: Zakat, SAGIA, GOSI, MOL…
- Defining the company regulations and HR procedures, and ensures they are applied and respected
- Recruitment and Saudization
- Employees relations
- Internal communication, welcome of new employees in the company
- Ensuring Saudi Labor Law and other regulations are respected
- Preparing final Job Offers & Work Contracts
- Supervising Payroll & Medical Insurance for all employees, and for the flights for all employees who go for their annual leave
- Defining and follow up of performance evaluation procedures, job descriptions, salary policy
- Coordinating all training issues in the company
