Junior Cargo Operations Agent | Qatar Airways | Hong Kong - Qatar Airways Jul 19th 2013, 05:00 About the Job: Reporting to the Cargo Manager you need to ensure maximum space utilization on QR Aircraft, maintain high quality and service standards by supervising the GHA activities, perform as a station and hub for Qatar Airways Group. You will book and issue AWB for DOH originating Cargo, provide customers/agents complete information. You will need to monitor outstations cargo / mail / courier activities to ensure smooth, safe handling and onward connections. You will also be required to attend phone calls, action telexes, emails to provide information to customers and follow up discrepancies and disseminate information to customers and to take corrective action. About You: You will need to have completed your higher secondary school, and have 2-3 years experience in the airline/airfreight industry out of which 1 years has to be in the similiar field. You will need to be computer literate and required to have very good communication skills in English.
