Develop and execute effective marketing plans and strategies to establish strong corporate / brand identity, increase brand awareness, and drive sales through marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plan in cooperation with Product Management and Sales teams to achieve adequate market penetration, market share, and brand positioning in-line with the overall company strategy.
- Controls approved marketing budget and ensure marketing calendar activities are executed within the approved budget limits.
- Devise innovative marketing activities that drive demand on Company's products including advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Establish strong brand identity for the company and its products in targeted markets while ensuring all activities are carried out in-line with corporate guidelines.
- Conceptualize, produce, and enforce the visual identity of the Company and its products ensuring that all branded materials express the most effective and recognizable brand message.
- Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Manage and negotiate rates with PR agencies, advertising agencies, service providers, production houses, and suppliers to execute advertising / promotional activities (i.e. trade shows, conferences and advertising campaigns) and the production of promotional material.
- Keep abreast of competitors marketing activities and take necessary actions to keep Company brands and products at the forefront of the market.
- Manage Product Packaging design and artwork in-line with Corporate guidelines.
- Manage corporate communication through different media channels including Company's website, e-newsletters, press conferences …etc.
- Identify department manpower requirements, training needs, and manage performance of the department staff in line with the Company's established policies.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by management.
