Retail Store Supervisor Jul 20th 2013, 09:56 • To ensure optimal customer service and compliance with company standards. • To plan specific measures in order to ensure that sales targets are implemented and achieved in stores. • To promote all company targets and help store managers achieve them. • To monitor the management indicators established by the company in your stores and ensure optimum levels are obtained. • To control the expenses of the store (personnel, maintenance, consumable materials, ). • To be aware of the sales potential of the collection and communicate this to the headquarters. • To inform the Coordinator and headquarters of anything that has a major impact on your stores. • To advise franchisees on all matters related to the optimal management of the store, and to visit franchisees with the frequency established by the company. • To ensure that franchisees comply with all MANGO procedures. • To check and ensure continuous stock replacement in your stores. • To check and continuously monitor product needs in your stores, in order to transmit this information to the product manager in a single communication. • To ensure that the messages received from PMD department are implemented. • Throughout the season, to check the suitability of the collection with the rest of the market, in relation to what is offered by our main competitors, in order to inform the product manager. • To propose continuous transfers between stores in order to adapt the product to your stores. • To ensure the correct use of security and stock control mechanisms, and to check their implementation on a regular basis. • Direct responsibility for merchandising in your stores, in accordance with company standards. • To implement merchandising in your stores on a regular basis with the store teams. • To ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and the messages issued by the merchandising department (must haves, merchandising cards, technical book).Previous experience in store management Job Details Date Posted: 2013-07-20 Job Location: Kuwait Job Role: Other Company Industry: Retail/Wholesale Preferred Candidate Career Level: Entry Level Apply Now - Jobs in Kuwait - Search All Jobs
