To Implement CEO decisions.
To make recommendations to CEO regarding the restructuring process for the company's operations & implementing the approved decisions.
Responsible for improving the company's market share of business.
To manage & control the company's operations in all aspects.
To function as the Head of the Department of Civil, and handling the key tasks with defined Key Performance Indices: Planning, monitoring, and reviewing projects
To manage the tendering & defining specifications of the project works including B.O.Q. of the project.
To monitor, review and approve all payments issued to the sub contractors.
To introduce best practices in the construction work and successfully meet the stringent quality standards.
To effectively manage all activities on site including site progress, sub-contractor performance and site organization.
To establish robust procedures to optimize resource utilization.
