Your key responsibilities will be:
• The Administrative Assistant will provide general support to the local KSA HR team and the larger IMEA HR team in HR administrative activities as required.
• Inputs data into HR systems.
• Maintains HR records.
• Provides data and information to HR Generalists.
• Creates ad hoc reports and provides data to support trend analysis and HR metrics.
• Prepares presentation materials.
• Organizes and facilitates team meetings.
• Coordinates business travel.
• Prepares files and finalizes expense reports.
You should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Ability to organize, prioritizes, and structure tasks and information.
• Excellent MS Office Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, other languages are a plus.
