The Role:
As a champion of the brand you will lead store teams to meet their targets, be responsible for all store and employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures. You will also build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity that, once fed back into central teams, allows us to maintain a competitive advantage.
