Safety Engineer - Kharafi National Aug 15th 2013, 07:01 1. To advise all project personnel and subcontractors regarding safe working practices and to develop safety consciousness. 2. To ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and safe way in accordance with KN policies & procedures. 3. To ensure that authorised programmes of accident prevention, and emergency evacuation are in place. 4. To maintain a safe and productive working environment by conducting appropriate safety, corrective action, job hazard, and inspections on a regular basis. 5. To ensure that accident investigations are conducted, when appropriate, in accordance with Company policies & procedures, under the direction of the Safety Department. 6. To continuously provide specialist advice & education on safety matters to all project personnel. 7. To promote a positive HSE attitude amongst project employees using an authorised scheme of incentives and deterrents.
