Job Title: Accountant - Toyota Corporate

Job Purpose:
This role needs to ensure that all transactions are updated and maintained accurately and quickly within the business unit and all documentation and requirements are fulfilled as per company policy. The role will be responsible and accountable for the production of sales accounting ledger transactions and supporting documents and ensure that internal control measures are taken as per company procedures.
This role needs to work closely with Finance and Sales team provide necessary assistance wherever required.
Description of the Accountability:
* Provide monthly and daily snap shots on performance to the management.
* Accounting sales transactions in SAP.
* Closely monitor and verify the receipts and ensure that it is updated on time in the system.
* Coordinate with bill collector and provide necessary details required to follow up the outstanding.
* Provide required details and coordinate with shared services to get credit approval / release for new transactions.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of transactions for all the docs required by the business unit.
* Prepare customer account reconciliations on periodical basis.
* Authorize release of vehicle Custom certificate and sale letter.
* Authorizing final release of vehicles to customers.
* Maintain petty cash and update in the accounting system.
* Coordinate with internal / external auditors for periodical auditing.
* Keep track of bank guarantees and performance bonds issued to fleet customers and coordinate with the concerned people to cancel it once the contract is fulfilled or expired.
* Coordinate with procurement team to process supplier payments and requests.
* Review and maintain the list of corporate customers.
* Accounting business unit expenses and process for payment.
* Assist in providing weekly forecast and preparing monthly analysis and reporting.
Job Context:
Reporting to Financial Analysis Manager - Toyota Corporate. The Toyota Corporate Sales department is part Toyota distributor and coming under Sales & Marketing Division and represents over 20%of all Al Futtaim Motors sales.
