Airside and Maintenance Utilities Manager - Airport International Group - AIG Sep 23rd 2013, 06:56 a. Job Scope: •Responsible of management of the department activities. •Responsible of definition and validation of maintenance programs •Responsible to ensure full assistance to Projects and Procedures Department to establish the preventive maintenance programs •Responsible of the Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance. •Participate planning of replacement and investment for equipment and engines, •Participate in evaluation and the improvement of the maintenance processes, •Responsible to ensure technical supervision and management of maintenance contracts when needed. •Responsible of installation of new equipment according to the operational needs, •Participate in regular control/inspection of the equipments/facilities according to regulatory/manufacturer requirements. •Participate in definition of the spare parts requirements. •Responsible of detection and analysis of system problems and outages. •Responsible of periodical information of the Engineering & Maintenance Director of all major system outages/malfunctions, through relevant reports. •Responsible of completion and discussion his own key results areas and measurable objectives with the Engineering & Maintenance Director short and long term for evaluation purposes •Any other tasks related to position assigned by Director. b.
