1- Good knowledge in international and national laws that abides Acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation, all airport constructed areas and airport services.
2- Be updated in all new technologies in security.
3- Create, revise and maintain AVSEC documentation (forms, procedures, and manuals).
4- Responsible for maintaining and updating the Airport Security Program, Security Quality Control Program and Security Training Program.
5- Prepare yearly quality control activities and training action plans.
6- Conduct regular & unplanned security quality control activities according to on-going procedures and need. Then prepare required reports in accordance with the Airport Quality Control Program.
7- Report any weakness in security procedures to airport authorities & airport security director.
8- Inspect in all suspicious actions & investigate with full coordination with all airport authorities.
9- Promote security awareness to all Airport employees by delivering the Security Awareness Training in Arabic and English Languages.
10- Hold Quality refreshment sessions for Security Division staff.
11- Conducting AVSEC trainings for the Security Authorities at QAIA when needed.
12- Prepare, maintain and update the AVSEC trainings material (authorities' trainings and security awareness training).
13- Escort Auditors and security consultants through the airport premises during official visits.
14- Prepare the monthly Security Division Dashboard and a comprehensive end of year report for all the quality control activities and trainings done through the year.
15- Applying any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
