1. Review and quality assure all services and work products delivered by the department in accordance with established underwriting common policies and procedures.
2. Devise and improve operational procedures and policies in line with corporate and strategic guidance.
3. Deploy allocated resources for optimal performance and provide feedback to the direct line manager on resource requirements
4. Ensure that all direct reports acquire the competencies for effective performance in their roles, through appropriate training and professional development.
5. Create optimal coordination with the other functions areas as call center, corporate communication, CRM, and sales force, to execute integrated marketing plans and achieve marketing program objectives.
