1. Ensure compliance by all parties with COMPANY's HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, including all laws, rules and regulations (as amended from time to time) of the governments of the HKJ.
2. Write and implement effective Health, Safety & Environment policies, audits, risk assessment, ability to reduce accident & incident rates and implement corrective actions at all levels.
3. To ensure compliance with company's objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by COMPANY from time to time.
4. Develop and execute a personal HSE intervention plan. Personal plan to include the activities that support visible HSE leadership such as, safety inspection tours for all areas, identifies potential hazards & recommended solutions, audits, personal interaction and participation in daily toolbox meetings.
5. Monitor the construction activities and make sure that these are executed as per the HSE plan and procedures.
6. Daily inspection of Site and Joint inspection with Sub-Contractors, Consultant and the client.
7. Provide HSE functional guidance, auditing, training and participation in meetings for individual contractor and sub-contractor HSE professionals.
8. Create safety awareness among all employees on the incidents/accidents occurred at the site.
