NOC System Administrator Sep 30th 2013, 05:06 A Leading Telecom Operator is looking for professionals with the following experience. Main Objective : Responsible of :To provide and maintain the best possible grade of service to internal customers in terms of systems availability and reliability. Main Responsibilities and Duties: • Periodic Systems health and performance check. • Systems SW Configuration ( Processes, Crons, Debug modes …) • Administrate Motorola Services ( MARS, NHA, DG, COP tools ). • Maintaining Admin Services ( IT Stats, CDB data, Scheduled PM reports … ). • Administrate and Maintaining Users/Privileges. • Administrate UFS File Systems / DB Management / Recovery • Platform Major SW upgrades. • Troubleshooting and Data collection for any abnormal system behaviour. • Escalate and open cases with Vendors Support team (SUN/Motorola/Huawei/Astellia) • Maintaining Admin Services (IT Stats, CDB data, Scheduled PM reports … ). • DXX basic configuration (Nails, IF Traces, DDF, .. ). • Setup/Reconfigure OML/OPL Links Connectivity. • Cisco Routers basic configuration (Setup new NE link). • Administrate and Maintaining Users/Privileges (OMCR, M2000, U2000, Citrix, Astellia ....). • Maintaining Systems Backup for Motorola and Huawei equipements (Informix DB, UFS, .... ) • Be ready to handle additional responsibilities as and when needed by the department/division/business. • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his responsibilities in accordance with the company's Information Security Policies.
