The Key Accountabilities of this role will include;   Day to day responsibilities * Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis  and maintenance * Maintaining Service & repair records * Coordinate with FAMCO Workshops for major repairs * Diagnose faults and recommend accurate and effective repair solutions * Understand and implement manufacturer's standard working instructions within specified repair times Customer Service * Must continually exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
