Job Purpose:
* To supervise and monitor the deployment of manpower and resources to meet the Operational Resource requirements.
* To support the RMS Officer in optimum utilization of resources to maintain On Time Performance. Facilitate the creation of tasks as per real time Operation and oversee the allocation of resources to meet the requirements.
* Generate and compile reports to measure the delivery standards as required by the management.
* To work in conjunction with all major stakeholders in Doha International Airport related to operational requirements. to ensure the safe. efficient and effective delivery of Qatar Aviation Services operations round the clock

Operational
* To ensure optimum utilisation of resources with minimal impact to operations.
* Effectively oversee the monthly roster requirements and manage the roster resources cost efficiently.
* Monitor the required necessary changes to the published roster and keep the RMS Duty Officer informed on shift to minimize/maximise overtime as applicable.
* Monitor GS Real Time integration with multiple sources of information to ensure that full details of operations are recorded and made available.
* Ensure all flights/tasks are displayed on Real Time Graphical User Interface based on the flight schedule published on DIA staff pages and allocators are working on them in a timely manner.
* Ensure allocation is published by the allocators according to the agreed timeframe by the key stakeholders and is communicated to all sections via Email or on SharePoint.
* Ensure allocators constantly monitor radio communication and alert messages in Real Time Graphical User Interface and take appropriate action wherever applicable.
* All planned overtime resource should be recorded in the roster control and sent to the RMS Duty Officer on shift.
* Strive to achieve optimum utilisation and deployment of resources to guarantee contractual commitments are met and rendered services are recorded.
* Must be able to perform a manual allocation in the event Resource Management Systems are not available
