Principal Banker, Agribusiness - Cairo - EBRD Sep 29th 2013, 05:46 Role Overview A Principal Banker is sought to work in the EBRD resident office in Cairo to provide support the development of the Bank's activities in the Agribusiness Sector in the Southern Mediterranean (SEMED) region. The key focus will be on the credit and financial aspects of project development and implementation with special responsibility for financial modelling and analysis. The Principal Banker will be expected to participate in all aspects of project development and implementation, including transaction preparation, appraisal and monitoring. The EBRD Agribusiness team has more than 15 years of experience in over 300 transactions across our 30 countries of operation, which range from central Europe to central Asia. We seek a professional with the experience, capability and enthusiasm to become part of our growing success story in the countries of operation. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables With supervision from senior team members, the Principal Banker will be capable of working throughout the whole life cycle of projects. This will be accomplished through marketing, project screening, origination, due diligence, negotiation, preparation and monitoring of projects.
