MAF Leisure & Entertainment is the owner and operator of unique leisure offers and family entertainment centers encompassing huge exciting brands such as the world famous Ski Dubai the first indoor ski resort in the region, Wahooo! Water Park in Bahrain City Center; the largest indoor water park in the Middle East. Playnation in Mirdif City Centre which includes; Aqua Play; a water based interactive version of Magic Planet, iFLY Dubai, Soccer circus; the world's first fully interactive football attraction and Little Explorers with exciting exhibits focusing on action, interaction and games dedicated for children aged 2-7 years old. In addition to Magic Planet the leading provider of family entertainment centers in the region.
The Sales Executive is responsible for group, travel trade, party rooms and VIP bookings in all aspects - sales, organisation and the quality of services delivered.
Key Tasks:
1. Coordinate travel trade, school trips, groups, party rooms and corporate bookings, fulfilling financial and contractual considerations
2. Be flexible in answering and providing quotes for booking enquiries and up-selling further activities and products.
3. Be responsible for all administrative requirements including reports, correspondence, logistics, event orders, budget reports, menus, etc
4. Handle all customer requirements and deliver accordingly, within operational parameters
5. Update and record all bookings, ensuring fluent communication of bookings across all departments.
6. Coordinate payments with finance section.
7. Coordinate with F & B as per the requirements stated in the bookings order form.
8. Update and record all reservations and confirmations of all bookings ie. Party rooms, corporate, groups, schools, travel trade, etc.
9. Maximize sales of the leisure centers and actively research out potential clients.
10. Regular visits to schools, corporations, trade shows and special functions.
11. Control all finances of invoices and receipts for guests. Handling of cash and imputing all sales into System (as directed by Finance) so appropriate reports can be generated for accounting purposes.
12. Responsible for cross charge to F&B and collecting full payment from guest.
