Urgently Required HR Business Partner for Jeddah Saudi Arabia - GoAhead Consulting Limited Oct 2nd 2013, 05:42 Position : HR BUSINESS PARTNER Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Nationality : Saudi JOB OVERVIEW Manage the Business requirements with a view to enhance their human Capability. In addition act as a HR partner to enable the business to perform at an optimum level achieving the goals for HR as well the business as a whole. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive and implement HR strategy to deliver business goals. • Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and business to achieve high levels of performance. • Work as internal HR Consultant, to matters relating to employees e.g. decisions on recruiting extra workforce. • Talent Identification, Acquisition and management in order to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization. • Responsible for achieving desired results from the key HR processes like PDR, EPA, etc. • Ensure that the company as a Company has sustained bench strength of talent, and the business has proper succession plans in place for its key positions. • Coordinate with Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business. • Responsible for managing HR related costs/expenses of the respective business and functions. • Improve performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed by the expertise team and drive the performance agenda.
