KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plans, organizes, leads and performs various compliance reviews including detailed audits, inspections of a district operation, and training.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of all government, regulatory, and compliance documents.
Monitors compliance to policies and procedures.
Develops accurate and complete audit work papers that adequately support findings and documents work performed.
May assist management to develop procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements.
Assists in responding to all inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under limited supervision.
May supervise and train lower level coordinators.
May be responsible for more complex problems/issues/locations.
Handles special projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Compliance/Auditing field.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able interact with all levels of managements.
Strong technical, analytical and decision making skills.
