Store Manager - Dubai Holding Group Sep 16th 2013, 05:08 The Store Manager ensures the store provides the highest level of customer service possible and is responsible for achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses. • Promote and monitor quality of service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model • Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns • Responsible to formulate the revenue, expense and profit goals for the store in conjunction with the Brand Manager • Ensure that goals will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff, inventory, and expenses for short and long term success • Make staff aware of sales targets and take necessary action to lower expenses if sales targets are not being met. • Motivate employees regularly so that each person contributes to the productivity of the store and recognize outstanding performance and service.
