Our client, a respected IT Consultancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking a Telcoms Program Manager. Criteria:
- To be suitable for this role you will need to have circa 10 years plus IT experience
- Arabic speaking skills is highly advantageous in this role. You will have a proven track of record of managing multiple projects and at least one program in Professional Services.
- You will have at least 5 years experience in a Telcoms environment.
- Smart Metering experience is added value.
- Certified PMI Project Management Professional or PMP or equivalent is a must.
- Flexibility to learn using any other project management tools, reporting tools or methodologies.
- OGC ITIL knowledge is plus Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage projects & Program and delivered them successfully on time and within assigned budget
- Overall responsibility for the project & program success or failure
- Lead project/program team and manage time, quality, progress, cost, issues, risks, internal and outsourced resources
- Manage vendors to deliver project/program as per agreements
- Manage the expectations of the different stakeholders
- Raise issues and decision request to portfolio/delivery manager whenever needed
