1. Ensure proper service market penetration for given brand(s) and geographical area.
2. Ensure first time fix exceeding 90%.
3. Ensure service response time is not exceeding 24 hrs at any given time.
4. Generate service sales growth in sold hours which is expected increase by 50% in 2014 against 2012 in sold hrs.
5. Ensure at least 85% productivity of all direct productive staff within area of responsibility. (Utilized time divided by available time).
6. Ensure at least 100% efficiency for all common operations. (Given time/standard time divided by utilized time).
7. Recruit new suitable staff as and when required.
8. Coach existing staff to ensure they develop in line with our demands and their capabilities.
9. Ensure existing facilities and equipment are well maintained and properly used.
10. Propose purchase of additional equipment, vehicles etc to ensure improved capability, better quality and/or speed and in the end better profitability.
11. Defend the company and the suppliers and ensure their standards are adhered to.
12. Develop new business (new types of offerings or new customers).
13. Continual contact with our customers to ensure best possible customer satisfaction and service retention.
14. Ensure that all service administration is handled in line with company policies and procedures.
15. Ensure adequate cleanliness/housekeeping and health and safety within area of responsibility.
16. Responsible for total service sales of department, gross margin, productivity, efficiency and work in progress.
