We are a fast growing developer of high-end luxury hotels and resorts specializing in niche markets. Our flagship project will entail the sale of units in a five star hotel resort operated by a major international brand. The units being sold to High Net Worth Individuals will offer potential buyer(s) unique financial and citizen ship benefits. The prospective candidate is expected to effectively communicate with financial and legal institutions, government entities, marketing agencies, wealth managers, private bankers, prospective clients etc and move quickly to develop and execute an effective sales strategy.
The individual must be presentable, focused, aggressive and be able to build and manage their book of clients. He/she must be a self-starter, understand the sales cycle and earn respect from their team members and work under pressure.
We expect the candidate to be responsible for attaining monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, building distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing input for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. The individual will be responsible and will work within budgets and control their selling costs with the objective of achieving maximum net profits.
Job Description
Sales candidates will be required to manage the sales activities of our organization. A proven sales track record is essential.
•Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
•Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
•Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
•Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
•Gathering market and customer information;
•Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
•Advising on forthcoming product developments
•Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
•Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
•Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
•Accountability with regard to whereabouts throughout the day.
•Regular reporting to HQ.
