Reponsibilities include: * Maintaining water systems and drains * Inspecting, cleaning, adjusting and repairing equipment when necessary * Installing and repairing equipment when required. * Carrying out minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. * Coordinating outside vendor repairs, and plumbing and electrical work.
