About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit 2 Senior Customer Service Representatives to ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all freezone rules and regulations.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Inbound and Outbound system functionality - GR & GI accuracy
* Inbound and Outbound documentation - accuracy in customs documentation
* Reporting - accurately updating of all internal reports and in agreed time
* Customer Service - increasing the customers confidence
* Inventory Controls - PI counts & subsequent system transaction
