We are a leading ISP based in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a candidate who can handle the below tasks:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically for all hardware and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk actions
- Maintain outdoor wireless equipment and resolve technical issues and program new hardware.
- Responsible for solving the LAN/ WLAN /WAN issues
- Responsible for solving all the user technical requests related to network/hardware/applications
