About Your Job:
You will provide analytical support to the Ground Services Department through regular, consistent and accurate preparation, and investigation of operationally relevant data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You are also responsible for enabling the department to make increasingly informed and operationally justifiable decisions relating to the maintenance and development of Qatar Airways' Ground Services strategy, as well as constantly monitoring all areas of Ground Services' performance at both global and local levels. You will ensure that reports are delivered based on agreed time lines with all relevant stake-holders. Located at the QR Head Office, the job requires interacting with all levels of employees both in Head Office and Outstations.
About You:
You must have a high school leaving certificate or aviation related management qualification with minimum five years of work experience, out of which two years of database, data mining, and data analysis experience preferably within an airline, airport or travel industry.
Moreover, to be successful in this role, you must possess proven and developed ability to apply initiative and problem solving skills to varied situations, with highly developed skills with all MS Office applications (particularly Excel, Access and Business); with eye for details, good comprehension, communication and presentation skills
