About The Role:
You will be responsible in handling the calls in an efficient and courteous manner from high street retailers for activation of sim cards. You will provide information related to Etisalat products such as re-charge cards, sim cards and other products.
You must handle customer queries knowledgably by taking the initiative to learn about the newest technology and trends in the market. Likewise, you will maintain and update all related reports.
