A fast growing trading company is now hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who will be responsible for receiving visitors to Company's Office based in Dubai, answer their enquiries relating to availability of Company's personnel to be visited.
In addition to that she will also be assigned some other general administrative and clerical services.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Answer phones.
• Direct calls and respond to inquiries.
• Translation of documents from French to English and vice versa
• Issuance of official letters.
• Coordinate with various parties on admin related issues.
• Responsible for all travel and hotel booking for the staff and guests.
• Prepare documents and reports on the computer.
• Provide administrative support to ensure that all administrative operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Perform other related duties as required.
