Our client is seeking a Sales Manager for their Asset and Hospitality Management department. The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the sales and account management activities of the Sales Team to achieve, maintain, and improve accounts' performance, apartment revenues, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR results as per annual budget; coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Sales Team to achieve quality service and satisfaction of guests and account base; delegate and assign responsibilities and levels of operational authority to Sales team members; assist the Director of Sales & Marketing/General Manager in keeping abreast of the evolving market/competition trends and related rate structure, selling strategy, product and technology changes and in introducing plans to implement relevant improvements; assist the Director of Sales & Marketing/General Manager in planning, developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures to attain overall goals, budgeted financial results and objectives of Sales for the Division; assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing the budget and overall targets and present it to the General Manager; and maintain a warm, professional and regular relationship with tenants/guests/customers to ensure a prompt and high standard of service.
