About the Job:
This role is based in Dubai and your main responsibility will be driving vehicles safely and abiding by all traffic rules and regulations
Key Tasks
* Driving all Hertz vehicles authorised by UAE driving licence to Hertz locations, workshops, delivery to / collection from customer or as instructed by Supervisor
* Portraying a professional image to customers through courteous service as per Hertz standards
* Undertaking chauffeur duty as and when required
* Refuelling vehicles and filling in required documents neatly
* Ensuring all documents are properly filled and all necessary procedures followed when delivering a vehicle to the customer or at the time of movement of vehicle (NRT)
* Checking vehicles at check-out and check-in, in the presence of customer and document damages on vehicles, if any
* Informing management of vehicle malfunction and damages
* Carrying out physical car inventory and other duties assigned by supervisor; and deliveries, pick-ups, visiting traffic department for registrations and traffic fines, tasjeel, filing, etc.
