POSITION PURPOSE: Provide full support to the Real Estate Department on all Property
Coordination needs to assure the best service for Move One Relocation Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
Book properties corresponding to Move One Relocation Requests and/or to Outside Customers
requests with sharing agents on a 50/50 commission basis &/or with the Landlords
Note & organise 1 to 4 Home Searches per day by calling real estate agents or Landords to
organise the meetings with Move One Relocations customers/ or outside Customers
Confirm bookings of properties.
Discuss rental price and conditions of payment with the real estate agents &/or the Landlords. A
minimum of 5 deals per month should be closed on a 50/50 basis
Meet with Real estate agents/ tenants/ Relocation Consultants on viewing, together or
independently, if/when required. A minimum of 10 viewings done with the customers and real
estate agents should be done in a week.
Maintain good relationship with the Real estate agents to build a long term relationship
Build and/or maintain good relationship with the Relocation Department to provide a good service
to their department/ their customers
Meet Agent / Tenant/ Landlord/ Move One Relocation to complete handovers if/when required
Go to RERA, DEWA, Property Developers to solve operational issues with required documents
when needed.
Develop listings of real estate agents and participate in Real Estate events to maintain good
relationships with agents.
Participate to Move One events to maintain good relationships with Move One Relocations
Build and/or entertain a good relationship with Relocation department by updating them on the
follow up before handover/ by helping them on viewings
Send reports to manager on daily and weekly real estate team activities.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work
efforts with other employees and organizations.
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS;
Preference for University graduate
Experience with real estate broker in Dubai preferred
Previous administrative or customer care experience is prefered
Must be a fluent English speaker
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing).
Reliable, tolerant and determined.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required
Professional image with polished presentation is essential
Sophisticated manner with the ability to relate to people, clients and staff at all levels.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Must be punctual
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Driving license and own car is mandatory
Open to work on Saturday if really needed
AUTHORITIES:
May be required to authorise basic agent to agent agreements
