Job Purpose Statement:
The Key account Manager leads one of our important customers, the trade by channel to deliver sustained competitive advantage of our brands at the point of purchase. He will deploy the sales objectives, goals and strategies which achieve the measures in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall performance for a Key accounts chain that will lead to achieve company vision including:
2. Target achieving of the following
o Sales on phasing basis by branch
o Distribution (100% listing) + availability in the branches including the client's limits adjustments and increase to secure safety stock 24/7
o Visibility - planogram implementation
o Contractual space implementation
o Promotion implementation
o Collection within company policy and terms
o Frequent visits to all branches on quarterly basis within a solid Journey Plan confirmed by key accounts manager
3. Set monthly Target and split it by branch per branch and sale rep
4. Performance tracking by branch, fixing any related issues
5. implementing National Activities and promotions
6. Analyzing the Activities results by and promo tracking
7. Prepare and analyze O.G.S.M and action plan,
8. Preparing and Presenting a quarter business review to the top management and upon approval to the account H.O
finally following up and reporting all competitors activities
