Huxley Associates Dubai has been engaged to identify and recruit a Marine Superintendent for an offshore client project based in the Caspian Sea (Turkmenistan). Our client is an international oil company with global operations. We are seeking experienced candidates who are able to join our client ASAP and will be able to complete a one year contract (with chance for renewal).
Contract Description
- One year duration (chance for renewal)- 35/35 rotation- day rate negotiable
Responsibilities Include:
- Safety Management - safety will be given the highest priority- Organise and ensure that the assisting personnel are working in a safe and efficient manner- Fully observe that the requirements outlined in the operation specific procedure and clients procedures are adhered to at all times and report any deviations- Ensure that clients or any third party equipment, installations and pipelines are not compromised during the marine activities- Supervise, monitor and conduct marine operation- Keep client up to date on progress of operation
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years similar experience- Master Mariner Certificate- DP Certificate- Company Security Officer Certificate- In-depth knowledge of offshore and marine operations- Excellent leadership skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Fluency in English - Russian fluency not required but useful
