A) POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for developing overall strategy and directions for the divisional activities related to brand building and distribution of the new Dealership.
- Responsible to maximize company's profits by increasing revenues from within the Dealership business and maintaining excellent customer relationship with Franchise management and productivity of staff through the effective utilization of company systems & resources.
- Areas of Responsibilities
1-Spare Parts Operations (Vehicles and Trucks)
2-Opening outlets in Kuwait for retail and wholesale of parts, tires, and lubes.
3-All dealerships I.E. Tires center, Eaton Fuller, Detroit Diesel, Trucks, etc.
B) DUTIES OVERVIEW:
- Builds strong relationships with manufacturers, service providers, parts suppliers and insurance companies.
- Plans budgets and authorizes expenditures as per Company policies and Chart of Authority.
- Ensures that monthly sales target are met/exceed target by increasing business by campaigns, promotions, advertisements and building trust bond relations with business providers in the region.
- Collates detailed analytical monthly report on cost of repairs, warranty utilization, labor utilization, dead stock, pending jobs with reasons for pending, customer satisfaction etc.
- Verifies Dealership Purchase Orders and ensures that quantity and specifications are exactly in line.
- Continuously maintains records of prices for new & used vehicles in the market.
- Conducts and analyzes market surveys to increase market share by launching suitable marketing strategies.
- Over all monitors utilization and efficiency of Dealership and take suitable actions to improve the level.
