ROLE OBJECTIVES:
To manage, organize and coordinate the Chief Executive Office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Also to provide high level support for CEO in relation to internal and external matters, in addition to enhance the internal communication and coordination among the units leading to higher performance and follow up on senior management resolutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Organize, coordinate and distribute the Executive and Senior Management Teams minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow up on all resolutions.
• Follow up and coordinate on internal programs constantly.
• Assist the Chief Executive Officer in monitoring and assessing performance of different departments by working closely with units on determining and following up on key performance indicators (KPI).
• Use project INJAZ management methodologies and performance management to enhance internal operations.
• Manage KPI System and hold periodic reviews of established key performance indicators.
• Monitor tasks delegated by the CEO to INJAZ staff in order to ensure that work is achieved accurately and on a timely basis.
• Evaluate existing data flow processes and assist in making required work flow improvements.
• Compile statistical data and generate narrative reports to summarize findings.
• Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance staff in issues related to monitoring and evaluation of work performance.
• Report to CEO on Unit's programs in respect to key projects on a regular basis.
• Schedule and take minutes of INJAZ board meetings and INJAZ fund raising committee meetings and follow up on meeting resolutions.
• Handle PR with the board and act as a liaison with board members offices
• Maintain liaison with all levels of administration and INJAZ faculty to coordinate and resolve issues related to administrative matters of internal and external nature.
• Manage CEO agenda.
• Prepare CEO's speeches, presentations, required writings and forms of articles.
• Perform other duties as requested by the CEO within the scope of work identified.
