About the Job:
Job Purpose:
To ensure all sales operations and sales transactions are implemented as per company policy
Managing daily transactions related to finance and accounts activities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Ensure that documents related to sales transactions & vehicle release are in order & per company policy & department procedure
* Handling daily sales report from the system and matching it with the computer invoices
* Ensure that credit sales to govt., current customers and finance co, are supported by relevant documents
* Handling the BG's file with follow up to expiry date and / or the no longer required by the customers and sending to bank for cancellation
* Handling of refund cases to the customers, Control of Test plates Deposits
* Regular check on PDC's for safekeeping and matching with SAP records and ensuring of timely deposit of the same
* Controlling credit accounts and follow up with SE for collections update
* Implement company policy related to sales operation process and confirm that all sales cases and documentation as per company policy
