Fleet Officer - Food Manufacturers Company FMC - Ulker International Jan 26th 2013, 07:19 Fleet officer should possess a good mechanical background in guiding and maintaining fleet vehicles in a prompt way with all day availability to see all vehicles are operational with no or minimal breakdown. • Be present at the branch or loading warehouse to make sure all vehicles are operational and ready. • Note down all use vehicle miss use. • Liaise with the leasing company and repair workshops. • Receipt of vehicles from leasing company. • Handing over vehicle to salesmen. • Report and document all relevant data for each vehicle (mileage, repair, maintenance fuel consumption and abuse). • Be available during vehicle repair and/or accident • Make sure to fulfill maintenance policy set by the fleet management.
