We are looking for an experienced General Manager with the following skills: 1. To lead and overlook all aspects of Manufacturing, Marketing & distribution 2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the projects or operations 3. Responsible for defining, monitoring &controlling the budget and also ensuring definition of operational budget for manufacturing. 4. Responsible for ensuring adequate supply chain management & stock control measures for the plant. 5. Develop, recommend and accomplish company objectives by developing market strategies; leveraging opportunities; employing financial, technological and human resources 6. Accomplish Company operating objectives by establishing action plans, budgets, timetables, and outcome measurements; obtaining and allocating resources; and, reviewing progress 7. Create understanding and positive image of Company objectives and issues by building relationships with customers, constituents, financial institutions, government, Company organizations and employees. 8. Financial capabilities ( able to read and analyze financial statements, financial reports, cash flow, etc) 9. Introducing our business relation prospective via events, seminars with potential consultants, architects, construction companies, Industrial and project development companies. 10.
